Pauline is an associate in the Corporate/M&A practice group of ADVANT Altana.

Pauline advises on national and international M&A and corporate law transactions, as well as on private equity and venture capital transactions for both founders and investors.

Pauline holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Law from Jean Moulin Lyon III University and a Master’s degree in International Corporate Law from Toulouse I Capitole University. She joined ADVANT Altana in 2024.
