Practice areas
Christina works on a wide range of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions transaction. Following a first experience at Winston & Strawn during which she was involved in several transactions in private equity, M&A and capital markets, Christina joined ADVANT Altana’s Corporate/M&A practice group at the end of 2023.
Christina holds a university diploma “Bankruptcy & Insolvency Law” from the University of Paris 1 – Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as a Certificat d’Aptitude à la Profession d’Avocat from the Haute École des Avocats Conseils (HEDAC) and a Master 1 in “Business Law” from the University of Paris Saclay – Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.
