María works on a wide range of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions transaction.
She holds a Master 1 in International and European Business Law (Université Catholique de Lille) and a Master 2 in Arbitration and International Trade Law (Université Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne), followed by a Master 2 in European Business and Competition Law (Université Paris II, Panthéon-Assas).
Following a first experience at Livertoux, María joined ADVANT Altana’s Corporate/M&A practice group in 2024.
