Michel Jockey analyzes Article 145 of the French Civil Procedure Code following his presentation at a workshop entitled “The Judge and the Company – What are the Prospects for the Compensation of Economic Damages” organized by the Paris Court of Appeals.

The article, “Regarding Article 145  of the French Civil Procedure Code: A Modern Tool to Access Evidence” was published on September 4th  by Les Petites Affiches in a special issue dedicated to this workshop.
