The law firm Altana continues its dynamic development by reinforcing its Corporate M&A team with the arrival of a new partner, Bruno Nogueiro, and two associates, Arthur Boutemy and Olivier Carmès.
These new additions are in keeping with the firm’s strategy of offering its clients high added value support for their operations in France and abroad.
Altana’s Corporate M&A team is thus strengthening its ability to serve strategic investors.
Bruno Nogueiro, partner, advises listed and unlisted companies in their M&A transactions, with particular focus on the energy and new technology sectors.
Prior to joining Altana, Bruno Nogueiro was an attorney with Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier for eight years (2007-2014). During this period, he was seconded abroad for one year to the Corporate Department of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York. Bruno then joined Fidal as partner (2015-2019).
An attorney since 2007, Bruno Nogueiro holds a Master 2 “Business Law and Taxation” from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon Assas and is a graduate of the HEC Master’s degree in “Business Law and International Management”. Bruno is fluent in four languages (French, English, Spanish and Portuguese). He assists his clients in their operations in Europe as well as across North and South America.
Arthur Boutemy, associate, began his career in 2012 at Fidal where he reinforced the M&A and financial services teams. On this occasion, he developed expertise in alternative financing and innovative payment methods. He was seconded to the real estate management company AEW.
Arthur holds a Master 2 “Business Law (DJCE)” from the University of Nancy.
Olivier Carmès, associate, holds a Master 2 “Business Law and Taxation” from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon Assas.
He has carried out various assignments, notably within the Ardian investment fund.
Composed of eleven lawyers including four partners, one counsel, six employees and one legal expert, Altana’s Corporate M&A team is primarily involved with both domestic and cross-border transactions in the banking, finance and insurance, energy, information technology, biotechnology, agri-food and construction sectors.
Altana’s Corporate M&A team works closely with Altana’s 80 lawyers and jurists working across 17 practice areas and 15 industry groups (including banking insurance, construction, new technologies, manufacturing, life sciences and energy) to propose innovative strategies, provide support and advise companies at every stage of their evolution and development.
