Croissance Plus, partner of Altana, invited Marie Davy (counsel) and Guillaume Forbin (partner)  to lead a workshop on wire fraud on June 13th.   The topics treated during the workshop included: What are the different types of fraud? What technical and human techniques should be put in place to defend against fraud? How to best react once aware that fraud has occurred?  What  civil and criminal liabilities arise from these frauds?
