Altana will host a breakfast conference on June 20th on the theme ” un petit-déjeuner autour du thème “M&A and Contract Law Reform“. This conference will be co-presented by Gilles Gaillard, Jean-Nicolas Soret, Julie Rolet, Dr. Louis Thibierge (Altana) and Mr. Maurice Bensadoun, Administrator of the French Association of In-house Counsel (l’Association Française des Juristes d’Entreprise (AFJE)).
