Louis des Cars and François Muller hosted a breakfast dedicated to the public procurement reform, in effect since 1 April 2016, at the FIEEC (Fédération des Industries Electriques, Electronique et de communication). It was an opportunity to present the main provisions of the reform and to discuss the issues that are already being raised with the Fédération’s members.
