On 18 February 2016, Professor Cyril Grimaldi of the Henri Capitant Association and Altana’s Economic and Competition team hosted a breakfast on the topic of online distribution.

Participants were able to debate topics related to distribution networks and the Internet, including evolving issues such as pure players and the marketplaces and the supervision of online sales by the supplier.

Of particular mention were the recent decisions of the Competition Authority and the courts concerning the platforms Booking.com and Expedia, as well as the very recent ruling by the Paris Court of Appeal in the matter of eNova v/Caudalie.
