On February 6, 2014, Jean-Nicolas Soret took part at the European Corporate and Private M&A Conference of the International Bar Association on the legal impacts of corruption practices in M&A transactions. Jean-Nicolas spoke on a panel focusing on this subject, with colleagues from A&L Goodbody, Skadden Arps Slate Maegher & Flom, Sullivan & Cromwell and Shell International.
