Our Banking & Finance team serves our clients in financial transactions and in the main areas of banking and finance law­, in close synergy with ADVANT Altana’s other practice areas (corporate, public law, construction, restructu­ring). Our Banking & Finance team provides assistance primarily to credit and other financial institutions, borro­wers and investors:

  • in preparing, structuring and restructuring financing transactions;
  • in negotiating, implementing and enforcing the corresponding contractual documents;
  • on applying the regulatory framework­ which applies to banking and financial activities.
