ALTANA advises Terre d’Avenir on the sale of nine hydroelectric power stations to Eiffage Concessions

ALTANA advised Terre d’Avenir on the sale of nine hydroelectric power stations located in Western France to the Eiffage Group: six power stations located on the river Agout in Tarn, one power station located on the Adour in Gers, one power station located on the Vienne in Charente and one power station located on the Vézère in Dordogne.
This transaction will enable the Eiffage Group to strengthen its position in the renewable energy sector as part of its strategy to diversify its concessions portfolio in the region.
Through this operation, ALTANA once again demonstrates its know-how in strategic disposal operations as well as its expertise in the energy sector.
Advisors in this transaction:
- Terre d’Avenir was advised by ALTANA, with Jean-Nicolas Soret, partner, and Géraldine Malfait, associate, on the Corporate/M&A aspects and by ARSENE, with Roland Schneider, partner, and Romain Daguzan, lawyer, on the tax aspects of the case.
