Benoît Van Bésien, Counsel of Altana, led a workshop on Competition law at the Carrefour du Droit (Intersection of the Law) Legal & Network 2017 on Decembre 8, 2017.

This was the occasion to exchange ideas with in-house counsel from large European groups on cooperation agreements and the latest jurisprudential developments, very beneficial for companies, regarding inspections and seizures undertaken by the competition authorities. Other topics included selective distribution and marketplaces.
