On November 22nd, Christophe Lapp, Partner, participated in the conference “Judicial Expert Assessments in Cases Involving Anti-Competitive Practices”  organised by the CNEJFD, the EFB, the National School of the Judiciary, the Paris Court of Appeal and the Paris Commercial Court.

Christophe was a speaker in a round table on the current state of unfair competition disputes: a cross-perspective from the judge, the lawyer and the expert on the damages.

Irène Luc, President of the Paris Court of Appeal, Claire Karsenti, Expert before the Paris Court of Appeal and Thierry Bergeras, Expert accredited by the Cour de Cassation also participated in the round table.
