As part of Altana’s international activity, Philippe Goossens participated in a conference organized in Shanghai by the Paris Bar.  Altana was able to witness the dynamism of the Chinese market, but also the increasing strength of the Chinese firms.

As Altana’s M&A team has recently been advising a Chinese group in their acquisition of a French company, this trip took on even greater importance.
