ALTANA advised Lagardère Entertainment within the frame of the purchase, together with the current management team, of Reservoir Prod, production company set up by Jean-Luc Delarue who passed away last year. Arnaud Fayolle and Fabien Pouchot were in charge of the M&A issues, whereas Caroline André-Hesse and Sonia Boutet dealt with labor law aspects and Pierre Lubet and Jean-Guy de Ruffray with the IP ones.
