Altana advised the British group Apogee on the acquisition of the “Value Added Reseller” business previously operated by Sagemcom Documents, and the 300 employees dedicated to this business, which consists in the direct sales and service of office equipment and solutions. Apogee is already a leader in this business on the British market; through this acquisition, it will also become one of the leading players on the French market. This carve out transaction involved Jean-Nicolas Soret, Julie Cornely and Fabien Pouchot for corporate matters; and Caroline André-Hesse and Justine Coret for employment-related matters.
