Altana a conseill\u00e9 le Groupe MILLET dans son offre de reprise des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019actifs de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 TITAGARH WAGONS AFR, dernier constructeur fran\u00e7ais de wagons de marchandises. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Confront\u00e9e \u00e0 des tensions de tr\u00e9sorerie, et en d\u00e9pit d\u2019un carnet de commandes solide, TITAGARH WAGONS AFR, a sollicit\u00e9 en juin 2019 le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice d\u2019une proc\u00e9dure de redressement judiciaire, \u00e0 l\u2019issue de laquelle le Tribunal de Commerce de Paris a re\u00e7u l\u2019offre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par le Groupe MILLET, permettant le maintien de 109 emplois, soit 93,1% des effectifs, et la reprise du site industriel situ\u00e9 au c\u0153ur de Douai (Nord).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le Tribunal de Commerce de Paris a ainsi retenu les comp\u00e9tences et l\u2019expertise du Groupe MILLET, entreprise familiale fond\u00e9e en 1898, qui r\u00e9alise 76 millions d\u2019euros de chiffre d\u2019affaires (dont 53% hors de France) et emploie 237 collaborateurs.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 1985, l\u2019entreprise TITAGARH WAGONS AFR, dernier fabricant fran\u00e7ais de wagons de marchandises (c\u00e9r\u00e9aliers, p\u00e9troliers, cimentiers) avait \u00e9t\u00e9 reprise en plan de cession 2010 par le groupe indien TITAGARH, premier constructeur ferroviaire indien.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cette reprise permet de restaurer le savoir-faire historique de l\u2019entreprise, rebaptis\u00e9e MILLET AFR, dans un contexte \u00e9conomique de fort renouvellement<\/strong> du fret ferroviaire. L\u2019objectif est d\u2019atteindre une production de 400 wagons c\u00e9r\u00e9aliers et p\u00e9troliers par an.<\/p>\n

Le Groupe MILLET est conseill\u00e9 par une \u00e9quipe transversale d\u2019Altana compos\u00e9e de Mana Rassouli<\/a> (Associ\u00e9e), Margaux Chaumien<\/a> (Collaboratrice) sur les aspects restructuring, et par Pierre Lubet<\/a> (Associ\u00e9) sur les aspects de droit social.<\/p>\n
