Ce point a <strong>suscit\u00e9 autant d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat que d\u2019interrogations pratiques<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Une <strong>premi\u00e8re instruction interminist\u00e9rielle a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e le 4 janvier 2019 <\/strong>sous forme de questions-r\u00e9ponses (instr. intermin. n\u00b0 DSS\/5B\/5D\/2019\/2). N\u2019ayant pas suffi \u00e0 \u00e9puiser le flot de questions relatives aux conditions d\u2019exon\u00e9ration de la prime exceptionnelle, ce texte a \u00e9t\u00e9<strong> compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par une seconde instruction interminist\u00e9rielle, publi\u00e9e le 6 f\u00e9vrier dernier<\/strong> (instr. intermin. n\u00b0 DSS\/5B\/2019\/29).<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019agissant de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 hommes-femmes, le <strong>d\u00e9cret n\u00b0 2019-15 du 8 janvier 2019<\/strong> est venu, en application de la loi n\u00b0 2018-771 du 5 septembre 2018, <strong>d\u00e9tailler les modalit\u00e9s de calcul et d\u2019\u00e9valuation des indicateurs de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les femmes et les hommes en entreprise<\/strong>.
