Le mouvement #6Novembre15h35 a ainsi d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 les <strong>\u00e9carts de salaire<\/strong> entre les deux sexes, faisant symboliquement r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la date et l\u2019heure \u00e0 partir desquelles les femmes en France travaillent\u00a0<em>\u00ab gratuitement \u00bb\u00a0<\/em>jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Diverses organisations et associations fran\u00e7aises dressent le bilan suivant\u00a0:<strong> l\u2019\u00e9cart de salaires dans notre pays, entre hommes et femmes, est de 9% \u00e0 travail \u00e9gal<\/strong>. Cet \u00e9cart atteint <strong>23,7 % pour les postes les moins qualifi\u00e9s<\/strong> et <strong>25% sur l\u2019ensemble de la carri\u00e8re<\/strong>. Au-del\u00e0 des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s salariales, la faible mixit\u00e9 et le \u00ab\u00a0plafond de verre\u00a0\u00bb perdurent pour de nombreux m\u00e9tiers.<\/p>\n<p>Ce constat cache toutefois d\u2019<strong>importantes disparit\u00e9s entre les entreprises<\/strong>. Deux entreprises tricolores, L&#8217;Or\u00e9al et Kering, figurent par exemple parmi les trois meilleures \u00e9l\u00e8ves en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle dans le monde, et cinq sont dans le Top 20 (Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale, TF1 et Schneider Electric), selon la derni\u00e8re \u00e9dition du palmar\u00e8s international de l&#8217;association Equileap.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Cette r\u00e9duction des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s s\u2019explique, notamment, par l\u2019\u00e9volution de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et la prise de conscience des atouts de la mixit\u00e9, mais aussi la contrainte de la loi.
