Paris, le 18 avril – RED 2 GREEN (membre de Grant Thornton) et ALTANA sont intervenus en qualit\u00e9 de conseils du groupe japonais SEIKOH GIKEN, dans le cadre du renforcement de sa participation au capital DATA PIXEL.<\/p>\n

Cr\u00e9\u00e9e par Lo\u00efc Cherel et implant\u00e9e \u00e0 Annecy depuis 2001, DATA PIXEL con\u00e7oit et produit des \u00e9quipements de m\u00e9trologie pour l’industrie de la connectique fibre optique. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alise plus de 90% de son chiffre d\u2019affaires \u00e0 l\u2019international notamment en Am\u00e9rique du Nord, Europe, Inde, Japon et en Chine.<\/p>\n

SEIKOH GIKEN, cot\u00e9 au JASDAQ \u00e0 Tokyo et sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la fourniture de produits de technologie de pr\u00e9cision, avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 acquis 49% du capital social de DATA PIXEL en 2012. Par cette nouvelle acquisition, SEIKOH GIKEN porte ainsi sa participation \u00e0 97% du capital de DATA PIXEL, confirmant l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat strat\u00e9gique de sa prise de participation initiale.<\/p>\n

SEIKOH GIKEN entend ainsi renforcer les synergies technologiques et commerciales existantes entre les deux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s, SEIKOH GIKEN \u00e9tant notamment distributeur des produits de DATA PIXEL au Japon et en Chine.<\/p>\n
