Altana announces the promotion to Counsel of Caroline Diot (Criminal Business Law), Charlotte H\u00e9bert-Salomon (IP\/IT) and St\u00e9phanie Smatt Pinelli (Construction Law and Arbitration)<\/p>\n

These promotions demonstrate the firm’s commitment to cultivating the talent and fostering the professional development of its best associates.<\/p>\n

Caroline Diot’s<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0practice extends across all domains of criminal\u00a0 business law,\u00a0 in both advisory and litigation matters. She also provides numerous trainings on risk prevention and compliance.<\/p>\n

Member of the Paris bar since 2008, Caroline\u00a0holds an advanced post-graduate studies diploma in European Criminal Law and Policy (University of Paris I Panth\u00e9on-Sorbonne) and was law clerk to the Prosecutor at the Paris High Court \u201cTribunal de Grande Instance<\/em>\u201d. Caroline also audited business intelligence at IHEDN (Institute for Higher National Defence Studies) and then audited the 20th National Specialised Session of the INHESJ (National Institute of Higher Studies in Security and Justice), upon completion of\u00a0 which she was awarded the title of\u00a0Expert in Business Protection and Intelligence.<\/p>\n

Charlotte H\u00e9bert-Salomon<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0specializes in IT and new technologies law, intellectual property and commercial law.<\/p>\n

Member of the Paris bar since 2009, Charlotte holds a postgraduate degree in Innovation, Communication and Culture Law \u2013 Specialization in Copyright on Digital Works (Paris-XI University) and a Master\u2019s degree in Business Law (Paris-II University).<\/p>\n

St\u00e9phanie Smatt Pinelli<\/strong><\/a> specializes in Arbitration and business litigation, particularly in the construction and telecommunication sectors. St\u00e9phanie also advises large groups in the management of complex projects and accompanies businesses in their digital transformation.<\/p>\n

Member of the Paris bar since 2008, St\u00e9phanie\u00a0holds a post-graduate certificate of advanced specialised studies in International Commercial Law and Arbitration (University of Versailles Saint-Quentin) and is an ESSEC graduate.<\/p>\n
