{"id":5086,"date":"2017-08-28T16:50:25","date_gmt":"2017-08-28T15:50:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/backup.altanalaw.com\/?p=5086"},"modified":"2017-08-28T16:54:27","modified_gmt":"2017-08-28T15:54:27","slug":"altana-conseille-le-groupe-bastide-le-confort-medical-dans-cinq-acquisitions-en-france","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/backup.altanalaw.com\/en\/medias\/altana-conseille-le-groupe-bastide-le-confort-medical-dans-cinq-acquisitions-en-france","title":{"rendered":"Altana Advises the Bastide Le Confort M\u00e9dical Group in Five Acquisitions in France"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Paris, August 28, 2017<\/p>\n<p>Altana advised the Bastide Le Confort M\u00e9dical group in five external growth transactions in France, four in Respiratory Assistance service delivery and one in the online sale of at-home care consumables.<\/p>\n<p>The group, in keeping with its growth strategy to rapidly strengthen its presence in the most promising and profitable sectors, has acquired four companies specializing in respiratory assistance:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Apn\u00e9a M\u00e9dical<\/strong> and <strong>Cardair<\/strong>, located in eastern France,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Human\u2019air<\/strong>, based in the east of the Ile-de-France and<\/li>\n<li><strong>Air M\u00e9dial Sant\u00e9<\/strong>, established in the southeast.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>They generate annual revenues of almost \u20ac6 Million and accompany close to 7,000 patients. The Bastide Le Confort M\u00e9dical group now follows more than 47,000 patients, confirming its position as a key player in the market.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the group finalized the acquisition of <strong>Sph\u00e8re Sant\u00e9<\/strong>, leader in the online sale of products for urinary disorders, with more than 280,000 clients served since its founding. Sph\u00e8re Sant\u00e9 generates close to \u20ac10 Million in annual revenues.<\/p>\n<p>It should also be noted that the group has become the majority shareholder in Ulimed, a company specialized in enterostomal therapy, with a 51% stake (previously 26%). This company generates \u20ac8 Million in annual revenues<\/p>\n<p>With these five acquisitions, the Bastide Le Confort M\u00e9dical group consolidates more than \u20ac23 Million in additional annual revenues.
