Paris, 18 April 2017 – RED 2 GREEN (member of Grant Thornton) and ALTANA advised the Japanese group SEIKOH GIKEN, in the context of strengthening its stake in DATA PIXEL.<\/p>\n

Created by Lo\u00efc Cherel and based in Annecy since 2001, DATA PIXEL designs and produces metrology equipment for the optical communications industry. The company generates over 90% of its sales internationally, particularly in North America, Europe, India, Japan and China. <\/p>\n

SEIKOH GIKEN, listed on the JASDAQ in Tokyo and specialized in the supply of precision technology products, had already acquired 49% of the share capital of DATA PIXEL in 2012. With this new acquisition, SEIKOH GIKEN increased its stake to 97% of the capital of DATA PIXEL, confirming the strategic interest of its initial equity investment. <\/p>\n

SEIKOH GIKEN intends to reinforce the technological and commercial synergies existing between the two companies, with SEIKOH GIKEN already being distributor of DATA PIXEL\u2019s products in Japan and China.<\/p>\n
