The prize is reserved for the legal community.<\/p>\n<p>For this 6<sup>th<\/sup> edition, the jury, presided over by <strong>Antoine Fr\u00e9rot<\/strong> (CEO of V\u00e9olia Environnement), was composed of prominent legal, university, business and institutional figures: <strong>Emmanuelle Mignon<\/strong>\u00a0(Partner at the law firm August &amp; Debouzy),\u00a0<strong>Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Jenny<\/strong>\u00a0(Professor of Economics at ESSEC),\u00a0<strong>Julie Klein<\/strong>\u00a0(Law Professor at the University of Rouen),\u00a0<strong>Gilles August<\/strong>\u00a0(Partner at the law firm August &amp; Debouzy),\u00a0<strong>Fabrice Defferrard<\/strong>\u00a0(Law Professor at the University of Reims and winner of the 5<sup>th<\/sup> \u00a0Olivier Debouzy Prize),\u00a0<strong>Philippe Goossens<\/strong>\u00a0(Partner at the law firm Altana),\u00a0<strong>Matthieu Quyollet<\/strong>\u00a0(Deputy Chief of the Office of the President of the Assembl\u00e9e Nationale) and\u00a0<strong>David Zeitoun<\/strong>\u00a0(General Counsel, Unibail Rodamco).<\/p>\n<p>After carefully considering the various candidates, the jury unanimously decided that the 6<sup>th<\/sup> Olivier Debouzy Prize would be awarded to the book <strong>\u00ab<em>L\u2019affaire Martinot ou Prom\u00e9th\u00e9e congel\u00e9 : le juge, la mort et le r\u00eave d\u2019immortalit\u00e9<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> (<em>\u201cThe Martinot Affaire or Prometheus Frozen: the Judge, Death and the Dream of Immortality\u201d) <\/em><strong>by J\u00e9r\u00f4me Michel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The award ceremony took place at 6:30 p.m. on June 14<sup>th<\/sup> at the Cercle de l\u2019Union Interalli\u00e9e.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Philippe Goossens was a jury member for the Prix Debouzy, organized by the Club des Juristes, that annually rewards all of the legal publications, written or audiovisual, in any medium, produced during the last twelve months in French.
