The encouragement\u00a0and promotion\u00a0of our younger members is a founding value of our\u00a0practice. This is why we pay special attention to the management of our teams of associates, whom\u00a0we train assiduously and among whom we hope to find\u00a0tomorrow\u2019s partners.<\/p>\n

When setting up our firm, we offered to four of our associates to\u00a0become our partners. \u00a0We are currently continuing to expand based on the\u00a0same logic. In January, \u00a02 of our associates were made partners, Eric Metais within the Real Estate and Construction Law Practice and Mickael D’Allende, who strengthened our Labour Law team.<\/p>\n

Beyond ALTANA and our business plan, it is among\u00a0young people that we more generally find the creators\u00a0of tomorrow\u2019s wealth and jobs.\u00a0In order to ensure that\u00a0a business plan does not remain an empty promise,\u00a0it nevertheless requires energy and support at all times.<\/p>\n

This is why we have chosen to support the \u201c100 jours pour entreprendre\u201d Association [100 days for business], whose main aim is to encourage young people to set up their own business and bring together a community of young entrepreneurs, notably by forming a social network, around the desire for entrepreneurship.\u00a0We truly believe that infusing young people with business spirit, understanding risk and taking responsibilities forms part of the renewal of our economy and ALTANA\u2019s DNA.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

\"LOGO-100J-POUR-ENTREPRENDRE\"<\/a>“100 jours pour entreprendre”[100 days for business] was initiated by three leading clubs of entrepreneurs: Esprit d\u2019Entreprise, Croissance Plus and 100,000 Entrepreneurs. Their members are all concerned by the economic prospects which currently appear to be ours and are convinced that encouragement and support of younger people and the development of their capacities for innovation and entrepreneurship are one of the solutions for ensuring job creation and the sustainability of our economy. Tomorrow business still has to be invented.<\/p>\n
