The team also works hand in hand with its colleagues in the M&amp;A department in the structuring of business and financial transactions.<\/p>\n<p>The tax group is active in the following fields:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><u>General tax assistance to corporations<\/u>: As a core activity, we advise corporations on a broad array of French domestic and international issues that cover corporate income tax, business tax, VAT, registration duties, custom duties, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><u>International tax<\/u>: We have extensive experience in dealing with international tax matters of all types, including tax planning for French and non-French based corporations or groups, the structuring of inbound and outbound business and real estate investments, the preparation of price transfer documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><u>Transactional tax<\/u>: We assist our colleagues in the M&amp;A department on a regular basis with the tax aspects of French domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and related transactions such as LBO structurings.
